Mint Syrup is a traditional herbal preparation made from fresh mint leaves. Mint has long been enjoyed for its refreshing, cooling and digestive properties and is especially popular after meals or whenever the stomach feels uncomfortable.

Adults: 1 tablespoon daily.

Take directly from the spoon, preferably 15–30 minutes before a meal or about 2 hours after a larger meal.

For the simple, traditional approach I recommend taking the syrup on its own rather than mixing it into food.
