BEE BREAD
Naturally fermented pollen from the hive
Naturally fermented pollen from the hive
Bee bread is pollen collected by honeybees and naturally fermented inside the honeycomb with nectar, honey, and naturally occurring microorganisms. This fermentation makes bee bread different from ordinary bee pollen and may help make some of its nutrients easier for the body to use.
Bee bread naturally contains proteins, amino acids, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, antioxidants, and other plant compounds.
• Natural source of nutrients and antioxidants
• Supports everyday energy and vitality
• Supports general wellness and nutrition
• Fermentation may make pollen easier to digest than fresh bee pollen
• A traditional hive food enjoyed in small daily amounts
Adults: approximately ½–1 teaspoon daily.
Enjoy bee bread on its own, allowing it to slowly soften in the mouth before chewing and swallowing.
I recommend taking it when the stomach is relatively empty — approximately 30 minutes before eating or about 2 hours after a larger meal.
If you are new to bee bread, begin with a small amount and gradually increase.

Bee products may cause allergic reactions, particularly in people sensitive or allergic to pollen, bees, or other bee products. Begin with a very small amount if you have never used bee bread before.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have significant allergies, take medication, or have a medical condition, consult your healthcare professional before use.
